size, price, location, bedrooms, bathrooms), descriptions, and Property Photos.
- Usage Data: We keep track of your Favorites to help you save and
revisit properties of interest.
- Device Information: We collect technical details (device model, OS version) to
ensure app stability and performance.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used strictly for the functionality of the platform:
- Account Management: To verify your identity and manage your listings.
- Facilitating Communication: To allow potential buyers to contact you via provided
methods like WhatsApp or Viber.
- App Functionality: To display listings, calculate fees based on property size, and

- Camera & Media Library: Required for you to capture and upload photos for property
listings or your profile avatar.
- Notifications: Used to send important system updates, OTP codes, or listing
approval statuses.

securely. All sensitive data is encrypted during transmission and stored in secure environments.
